PROSTATE CANCER
CAMPAIGN
Prostate cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer among men in Oklahoma, yet awareness around early detection remains alarmingly low—especially among high-risk groups. This project focuses on developing an inclusive print and digital awareness campaign tailored to reach African American, Native American, Hispanic men, and those 45+ with a family history. By crafting a strong, relatable message, the campaign aims to inform, engage, and encourage early screening in a way that is both approachable and impactful.

CHALLENGE + SOLUTION
The campaign targeted African American, Native American, Hispanic men, and men aged 45+ with a family history—groups at higher risk. To break down stigma and fear, the campaign relied on a strong narrative and emotional resonance. The “Be There” theme provided a unifying message: taking care of your health means being present for the people and moments that matter. Inclusive visuals, approachable language, and a clear call to action worked together to promote education and empowerment across print and digital channels in an inviting and informative manner.
